Tracey competed at Regent Calisthenics College for 16 years at Championship level. She was a two time RSSS Graceful Girls finalist and has toured the USA as a competitor and as a coach. Tracey has over 25 years of coaching experience. She coached at North East Border for 9 years, successfully winning multiple RSSS Aggregates resulting in moving the club from Division 10 to Division 3. At Crown, Tracey has previously coached the Juniors, Intermediates and assisted the Sub-juniors and Seniors. Tracey has been the assistant coach for the Victorian State Intermediates in 1999 & 2000, and was a specialist coach for the 2003 Victorian State Seniors team. Tracey is also and Advanced 2 Adjudicator with the ASCA Victoria.

Laura was a calisthenics competitor for 23 years, with 10 years at Championship level. She was a RSSS Graceful Girl finalist on multiple occasions, was a member of the Victorian State Team as an intermediate and a senior, and is a Bronze Medallist. Laura has assisted the Juniors and Intermediates at Crown and was the head coach of the Intermediates Championship team 2014 & 2015, and has been the head co-coach of the Championships Seniors team since 2014. Laura also coaches many of Crown's award winning soloists.
Tanya has been involved in calisthenics for 30 years, including 7 years as a Crown senior. She was an RSSS Graceful Girl finalist on six occasions and a member of two winning Victorian State Senior Teams, as well as a member of multiple Crown State Titles and RSSS winning teams. Tanya is a Bronze Medallist with 18 years coaching experience across all ages, from division 7 to Championship.
Tanya co-coached the Crown Intermediates in 2014 and 2015 and has co-coached the Crown Seniors since 2016.
Leah was a calisthenics competitor for 25 years (12 years as a Crown Senior) and has 16 years coaching experience. Leah is a Bronze and Silver Medallist and competed in Calisthenics solos, Graceful solos and duo’s for over 15 years. Leah qualified 9 times for the RSSS Graceful Girl Competition, placing Honourable Mention in 2008 & 2009. Leah has been a coach at Crown for 11 years, working with the Sub-juniors, Juniors and Intermediates and has coached many soloists across all ages, including multiple State Title winners. Leah was a member of the Victorian Senior State Team in 2014 and was one of the four representatives in the National Graceful Solo Competition. Leah was awarded the ‘Jan Oates Memorial Trophy’ for Senior Excellence in 2012 and the ‘Crown Life Members Award’ for loyalty, respect and dedication in 2016. In 2018 Leah co-coached the Victorian Junior State team who were NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. Leah is in her final year of studying Primary and Secondary Health and PE at Monash University.
Amanda has been a member of Crown since 2000, making 2019 her 20th year at Crown. She has assisted multiple age groups since 2011 including Tinies, Subbies, Juniors and Inters. Amanda has been with the Juniors age group since 2012 and was co-coaching the Juniors when they won the 2017 Championship Reserve State Titles. She has coached many award winning soloists as well as a number of skills exams. Amanda was the recipient of the ‘Maureen Connelly Memorial Trophy’ for Potential in 2005 and was awarded the Crown Calisthenics College Life Members Award for loyalty, respect and dedication in 2015. She competed in graceful solo competitions for 6 years (winning a number of awards including a State Title) and has done a lot of extra performing through Crown such as performing in the 2006 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, dancing in the ‘Myer Christmas Parade’ and is performing as part of the 2019 ‘C.C.R Stars’ Dance Team in the USA (Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood and New York). Amanda is also in her final year of studying Arts/Law majoring in Criminology at Deakin University.
Sub-juniors Coach, Junior assistant Coach, Crown Life Member
Shona was a calisthenics competitor for 22 years and a member of the South Australia State Teams. Shona has coaching experience across all age groups from Tinies - Seniors, and has coached in three different states through Australia (NSW, SA and VIC). Shona has been a State Team coach in South Australia and NSW and taught calisthenics and graceful solos since 1985. In 2008 Shona was awarded the Skills Coach of the Year award and still co-ordinates and coaches Skills exams for the Crown pupils. Shona has coached at Crown since 2005 and this year will be her 20th year of involvement at the club. During this time she has coached Tinies, Sub-juniors and Juniors winning many aggregates and CVI Titles, including the Champ Reserve Sub-juniors in 2018. Shona is a Secondary trained school teacher and is currently teaching Grade 6 students in Templestowe.

Lauren competed in calisthenics for 15 years, with 10 years as a Championship competitor. Also a member of Crown's 2005 Championship winning team, Lauren was a calisthenics and graceful solo competitor for many years, as a winning open competitor. Lauren was an assistant for 13 years at Crown, and has been the head coach of Crown's Tinies, Sub-juniors and Juniors. Lauren has coached may award winning soloists, including State Title winners.

Lauren was a calisthenics competitor for 20 years, competing at Championship Level. She competed in calisthenics and graceful solos from the age of 9, all the way through to the Senior Graceful competition. Lauren was a member of Crown's Championship Winning team in 2005 and 2009 and was also a member of the 2007 group that performed in Disneyland in the USA!
Lauren has been coaching at Crown since the age of 16 and has assisted across multiple sections, and has been the head coach of our Tinies and Sub-juniors teams. Lauren has also coached many award winning soloists and State Title winners.
